Is there a way to delete comments after time has run out to edit a post?

The reason for the short editing time is so that threads remain coherent. When any comment can be edited at any time, it can really get confusing. If you have a really good reason that comments should be changed or deleted, please feel free to PM any of the mods and we can then handle/discuss it depending on the circumstances.

If it was just stupid or makes the poster look bad but isn't profane/defaming, etc., we probably won't change it in most cases. If there is information regarding contacts, links, etc. that needs to be corrected for accuracy, changing it should not be a problem. Deletion will probably only happen in extenuating circumstances.

how about deleting a duplicate post?

I ended up with a duplicate post here and edited the duplicate since I could not delete it. Feel free to delete #6
