Blogging from GARBC Conference

Tonight, I twittered a little @bmccrorie. The rest of the week I’ll be using @SharperIron. Should be interesting — the speakers are all taking a chapter from Daniel and preaching through it. Nine sessions=nine chapters covered. Tonight was a good start. John Greening is a very humble, passionate, articulate, thoughtful servant of the Lord. I appreciate his heart for the church. The majority of the other sessions will be by Dr. Dan Davey (Colonial, Virginia Beach), among other men. This is my first GARBC conference (and my first GARBC pastorate) so I’m very interested in everything that is going on. It was also good tonight to meet Aaron Blumer for the first time in person.
