“I should be able to express moral views on social issues – especially those that have been the underpinning of Western civilization for 2,000 years – without being slandered, accused of hate speech, and told from those who preach ‘tolerance’ that I need to either bend my beliefs totheir moral standards or be silent when I’m in the public square.” Kirk Cameron Responds to Uproar Over Homosexuality Comments (STATEMENT)

I want to hug the guy.
…and I’m not a hugger.

Views expressed are always my own and not my employer's, my church's, my family's, my neighbors', or my pets'. The house plants have authorized me to speak for them, however, and they always agree with me.

Couldn’t agree more Aaron.

Why is it that my voice always seems to be loudest when I am saying the dumbest things?

We are told to speak the truth in love, and to grow in grace and knowledge.

It appears Curt Cameron is doing well at both of these. It is not loving or gracious to act as though a disobedient, destructive lifestyle is Biblically acceptable.

We can be honest without being nasty, even though we should not expect positive coverage from a secular press.
