NewNo surprise
I remember coming to Christ in the late 1980s and wondering why on earth Sojourners could run interference for the most lethal ideology in the history of man, Communism. This surprises me but little. I also believe they were a bit squishy on sexual ethics even back then--I don't believe it showed up in the pages of their magazine explicitly, but the hangers-on gave a hint that they were more accepting than they officially let on.
