NewI am quibbling, but...

...one might wonder if the key problem is that the pastor is angry, or that he is distracted from the Scriptures and the Gospel.

To draw a picture, Biblically speaking, our key problem is not actors or politicians, but our own sin nature. If you're always shaking your fist, then....aren't you ignoring the gentle pastoral passages in the Scriptures? Spending too much time ranting on social media....unless your flock is only online, isn't that ignoring the flock?

So as I go through the symptoms mentioned here, my thought is that the primary problem is not anger. It is a lack of Biblical orientation.

Aspiring to be a stick in the mud.
