NewProverbs comes to mind

A lot of the wisdom given us in Proverbs seems to qualify as self-care, really. Keep away from the promiscuous, avoid gluttony and drunkenness, how to do business so you don't entangle yourself in sin, etc..

Aspiring to be a stick in the mud.
