NewThis could leave a mark
In most states that I'm aware of, statutes of limitations for personal malpractice are fairly short--3 years or less--making it difficult for victims of hasty transition to recover damages. Even minors generally have only a few years after they turn 18.
However, what about the medical associations that published "studies" claiming that minors with gender dysphoria always know what they're doing.....? Might take a bit of doing, but I'm thinking this could end up shaking medical organizations to the core. (and it should)
Aspiring to be a stick in the mud.
