”_______…or die” doesn’t scare me any more. Some churches need to die, and Christ is the life of every other church that’s not dead. He will determine when they die, not us. I attempted to make all the right changes where I used to be a pastor in the church still died. Jesus is Lord over his church not the pastors or their methods.
We had a business meeting at my church last week, and the only point I made was that the only thing we can do - and are told to do - is remain faithful. The rest of it is up to God.
