Andrew beat me to it, but I was going to comment on how you (Bert) seem to have an SI stalker who dislikes your comments. I’m wondering if you’re not the dislike champion here. If so, keep up the good work.
Very seriously, I encourage all to take a good luck at Walt Heyer’s websites, because he’s got a compelling story and a lot of good data. He also links the stories of others, including (tellingly IMO) a number of people who have de-transitioned as well, including at least two men who learned to their horror that taking female hormones threw them for a loop in terms of moods.
Chew on that one for a while. Is nobody paying attention to an obvious consequence of taking female hormones? And nobody’s picked up on the fact that their moods are being thrown for a loop without the “monthly visitor”?
Couple that with the 20% suicide rate and 20% reversal rate, and I dare suggest psychologists need to admit there’s a bit of something they don’t know about this condition. To be honest, I’m kinda surprised there aren’t stories of a victim of this kind of psychology acting out against others instead of against himself.
