“AB 179, already passed the Republican-controlled Assembly and House. It would require abortion doctors to ‘exercise the same degree of professional skill, care, and diligence to preserve the life and health’ of a baby who survives an abortion as would be given to “any other child born alive at the same gestational age” - Christian Headlines

….than Virginia’s governor, but what’s being said here is effectively that (a) it’s more common than you know that a viable baby is delivered alive in the abortion process and (b) the abortion industry can’t withstand the bad press and cost of getting that baby to NICU for care.

Northam (KKK-VA) made the matter worse by lying about why women get third trimester abortions, claiming falsely that nobody has a third trimester infanticide except for severe abnormalities, risk to the mother’s life, and such. Reality is that most are due to relationship and financial issues.

Aspiring to be a stick in the mud.
