“Many pastors are being pressured to push vaccines and mask mandates, warn their congregations about Trump, and to tell their congregations that it is sinful to let others become aware of evidence of election fraud.” Instead, many pastors are just preaching the word of God and not dealing with these subjects from the pulpit but are being rebuked for not rebuking their congregations for disagreeing with NPR.

Indeed. That’s where nearly all the churches I know well in my area are. That certainly doesn’t prevent animated discussions among members and friends, but those political topics (among any other non-biblical topics) do not need mention from the pulpit. Proper exposition of the Word will help each of us make up our own minds on the topics of the day.
