Presbyterian Church, USA calls Muhammad a prophet

The Presbyterian Church, USA, is raising eyebrows after lifting up prayers to Allah at its General Assembly meeting last week. “Allah bless us and bless our families and bless our Lord. Lead us on the straight path—the path of all prophets: Abraham, Ishmael, Isaac, Moses, Jesus, and Muhammad.”

….many of the churches in downtown Minneapolis were wishing Muslims a blessed Ramadan. There is a not that subtle distinction between showing basic human kindness to people whose religion is different or wrong, and accepting false theology.

Aspiring to be a stick in the mud.
