NewA limited, but good first step

I went to business school at a catholic university in the years immediately following the Enron scandal. Each business class was required to have an ethics component to it.

Akin requiring his students to take this online class is a limited, but good first step in the right direction. I would hope there would also be a similar course / seminar for his current staff / faculty as SEBTS.

Given that you’ve got to have someone each the course, I’m guessing that at least a good portion of the staff have had some of the same training, no? I applaud this, and I’m also guessing that the lawyers for SEBTS have, given the issues that came to light regarding Paige Patterson and a host of others, made sure that the staff are on board and trained as well.

In fact, the article neglected one contributor who I am sure made darned sure of this, specifically Rachael Denhollander. We might infer that it is likely that any number of “big hitters” are quietly helping these processes out, not just Mrs. Denhollander.

Aspiring to be a stick in the mud.
