Lessee….the 1st Amendment (really the whole Bill of Rights) primarily binds the prerogatives of the government, and the government-owned schools don’t teach it very well. Am I supposed to be surprised about this? Suffice it to say that my teaching about the 2nd Amendment was not anything like the Heller or MacDonald decisions, let alone the actual 2nd Amendment.
