Why would the Vatican want to claim them?

Why is it that my voice always seems to be loudest when I am saying the dumbest things?

NewI have watched more episodes

I have watched more episodes of the Simpsons than I’d care to admit - but despite one episode where they try out catholicism for a week (hilarious by the way - Bart loves it for the graphic stories about saints getting shot with arrows, Homer loves it for the pancake breakfasts) but they’re pretty consistently mainline (Episcopal?) protestant most of the time.
