It’s not hate speech. Please, let’s not further accelerate the decay of the word ‘hate.’

It’s just sharply critical and inaccurate speech.

Yeah, it’s interesting that the folks at The Blaze worded it that way. I don’t know much about them but I suspect that either the writer of the piece is very sympathetic to Christians or that they chose this language intentionally in order to try to fuel, well, a blaze.

Oddly the piece identifies the following as an example of “offensive comments.”

“I’m Jewish, I’m not a fan of any other religion than Judaism.”

As a Christian—shucks, just as a non-idiot—I don’t find this offensive at all. I’m fully convinced that everyone should choose a religion they believe is better than the rest!

The Blaze is Glenn Beck’s news site. I don’t go there often, but most all of the articles I have seen posted by friends have very provocative titles or first sentences to draw in readers.
