Russell Moore: Reparative therapy won't turn gay people straight

Every description I have ever read of what actually goes on in “Reparative Therapy” has always sounded very strange to me. It had nothing to do with sanctification, but seemed more like some kind of Pavlovian behavior modification.

We need to pray for true repentance for any sinner, recognizing that sinful desires are still sinful and unnatural desires are still unnatural (Rom 1:18-32).

Sanctification is the answer for every redeemed sinner.

It’s often a slow and arduous process (I testify to that truth in my own life)
