Sadly, he won’t be on the ballot in Wisconsin and quite a few other states.

Though it would not count, I may well write him in.

Gem from the Noble article: “[I] t is possible for a candidate to be so unacceptable that they do not deserve our vote regardless of how bad the other major candidate is.”

For me, the biggest issue is who will appoint the next round of Federal judges, Supremes, and others. It’s obvious that the next President will be either Clinton or Trump, not Johnson or McMullin. I must make my vote count to try to defeat Clinton. If she gets in, I’m afraid the courts will be locked-in liberal for decades, no matter who’s elected in 2020 and beyond. Obama understands the principle. He told a black audience that to fail to vote is a vote for Trump. It’s the same principle when voting for a third party candidate. As much as it pains me to vote for Trump (and it pains me a lot), I’m not voting FOR Trump but AGAINST Clinton. A vote for Trump is the only effective vote against Clinton. Never Hillary!

Take a look at the article closely; note that he has no running mate, has a rather thin platform, and had no plank on religious liberty. His site shows clearly that it’s been added at the bottom.

In other words, he’s showing that we really need to start at the grassroots-doing our homework to put together coherent policies, develop our “bench” of honorable politicians, and the like. We need to be looking at roles like township trustee, school board, and so on to “come out of the wilderness”, I think.

Aspiring to be a stick in the mud.
