NewWhat's not there:
Any reference to religious freedom in the Russian Constitution. I don’t know, but that would seem to be a trump card if it exists.

It appears Russia does have religious freedom of a sort in their constitution; the question is whether the courts will decide it has teeth or not. Kinda the same question we have here, really.
