There is a bitter irony here; Obergefell vs. Hodges is based on the idea that those who enacted the 14th Amendment into law, and who also enacted and enforced sodomy laws, would have come to the conclusion that same sex mirage was a fundamental right. And then that un-named fundamental right is going to, theoretically, overturn a fundamental right that is part of the 1st Amendment.
