The Year in Robert Jeffress

By Filings on Thu, 12/21/17

Robert Jeffress

“Robert Jeffress, pastor at First Baptist Dallas, committed himself to Donald Trump and his presidency in 2016, positioning himself as the evangelical face of Trumpism. This year, for better and worse, Jeffress has reaped the consequences of that commitment, repeatedly finding himself at the center of the Trump universe” Dallas Observer

NewJeffress is a joke.  For all

Jeffress is a joke. For all his conservatism he hitches his wagon to politics as much as he does to Scripture

The man certainly seems unbalanced.

Tyler is a pastor in Olympia, WA and works in State government.

The problem with selling your soul (or your faith, or whatever) is that Satan does offer something in exchange for it.

If Dr. Jeffress wants to be a politician, then be a politician and not a pastor. It’s what I have always said about Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson.

"Our task today is to tell people — who no longer know what sin is...no longer see themselves as sinners, and no longer have room for these categories — that Christ died for sins of which they do not think they’re guilty." - David Wells
