Skeptical about the 1 in 4 number

Just knowing one’s sign doesn’t mean someone believes in it

As an aside - I haven’t seen an astrology chart published in the paper in a long time

NewD. James Kennedy

Mon, 01/08/18

Someone shared a book by D. James Kennedy trying to baptize astrology—as I remember it, there was a tremendous amount of conjecture that left me quite unconvinced. But that said, Kennedy was correct that God did put the stars in the sky for signs, so we ought not dismiss it entirely, but rather simply appraise what is said in light of Scripture.

That noted, my memory of newspaper horror-scopes does not inspire confidence in their contents, to put it mildly. More or less, a prophecy that could be fulfilled by cross the street without mishap, incredibly vague.

Aspiring to be a stick in the mud.
