My brother and his wife had a “Universal life pastor” do their wedding, and it was pretty much take the Anglican order of marriage and take out any references to God. It can be good ministry for a pastor to have the opportunity to counsel a young couple, for sure, but with more and more couples wanting nothing to do with Scripture, this is at least honest.

But a bit tacky.
