True, and Obama said as much a few weeks before the 2016 election. Since this is valid can you please tell me why a host of Democrats and media types claimed Trump won by Russian influence upon the election? They ran with that for 3 years. Then said he broke laws with Ukraine. Failed to show that in an impeachment. Now they claim the next election was squeaky clean. I would just like some acknowledgment by a few of the anti-Trumpers here at SI that Democrats claimed for 4 years Trump was an illegitimate president because of Russian influence on the 2016 election. In fact, many Democrats refused to meet him at all during his presidency because of it!

Tu quoque. Other people doing wrong does not equal Trump is not doing wrong. Note also that refusing to meet with someone is not even close to equivalent to Trump’s disinformation campaign. But even if “they did it, too” was an accurate summary, it would in no way reduce the wrongness of Trump’s actions.

Meanwhile, Sidney Powell and her fans think she’s set her “Kraken” loose in Georgia. At this point, we can be forgiven for being skeptical?

We’ll see. (Note that Georgia has already done a hand recount.)

As a reality check for those not too far gone to benefit from one, Presidents are elected state by state, and within each state, county by county, precinct by precinct. There is simply no way to steal an election in a way that produces no evidence at the county and state level—which, fortunately, is where allegations are reported, investigated, and litigated.

The way I’ve understood Russian influence is that the Russians hacked Democrat’s emails, thus revealing things we wouldn’t have known otherwise. That knowledge caused many people to refrain from voting for Hillary. That illegal sharing of information is what influenced the election, and from what I understand, it has been proven that the Russians were behind it, thus the Russians DID influence the election. What HASN’T been proven is that the Trump campaign coordinated with the Russians, but the Russians were definitely active.

New"A Legal victory for the Trump campaign in Nevada"

Thu, 11/26/20

In a legal victory for the Trump campaign, a Nevada judge has agreed to let President Donald Trump’s campaign present its evidence of fraud and illegalities in the state, which Trump officials say is enough to reverse Joe Biden’s “win” and set an example for other state challenges.

NewSuccessful appeal in GA

Thu, 11/26/20

The 11th Circuit just granted Lin Wood’s appeal in Georgia that was dismissed last week regarding the election certification …

Lin Wood writes: “Thanksgiving Eve News! 11th Circuit granted my Emergency Motion for Expedited Review of lawsuit challenging validity of GA election procedure. We The People delivered a historic landslide win for @realDonaldTrump in GA & nationally. We The People will not allow it be stolen.”

These are not victories for the “stolen election” Big Story… but they are agreements to hear cases. Though I think these are mostly trumped up (pun appropriate) nonsense, I’m all for letting them have their day in front of judges. Let’s see the evidence. There might even be a discovery of actual fraud here and there. It has happened here and there in elections past and, even though most states have increased accountability and checks and balances since 2016, there could be a case or two this time around also.

New affidavit notes ‘historically strange’ surge in incomplete Nevada voter registrations

A data scientist testifies that thousands of Nevadans listed casinos and temporary RV parks as their ‘homes’ …
In 2016, Morgan said that she saw 68 voter registrations of the sort described above. In 2020, she says she saw more than 13,000 — 74% of which were submitted between July and September of this year.

NewA major lawsuit in Wisconsin

Fri, 11/27/20

Emergency Wisconsin Lawsuit To Stop Certification Challenges Nearly 160,000 Votes …
With only an estimated 20,000 votes separating Biden from Trump, the Amistad project announced “we have identified over 150,000 potentially fraudulent ballots in Wisconsin, more than enough to call into question the validity of the state’s reported election results” said Phill Kline, director of The Amistad Project of the Thomas More Society in a news release. “Moreover, these discrepancies were a direct result of Wisconsin election officials’ willful violation of state law” added Kline.

The three judges on the panel were all appointed by Republican presidents.

“Free, fair elections are the lifeblood of our democracy. Charges of unfairness are serious. But calling an election unfair does not make it so. Charges require specific allegations and then proof. We have neither here,” Judge Stephanos Bibas, a former law school professor, wrote in his ruling. (Federal appeals court dismisses Trump campaign lawsuit over Pennsylvania voting procedures)

There is still an appeal to SCOTUS coming, and the possible outcomes of the lengthy hearing the other day before some members of the state legislature means that this dismissal does not mean that it is over in PA yet.

NewA major battle may be coming involving the PA legislature

Fri, 11/27/20

A member of the Pennsylvania Senate said he has spoken to the leadership in both houses of the state’s General Assembly about exercising its authority to appoint electors to the Electoral College because of “so much evidence of shenanigans and fraud” in the presidential election.

Regardless of what you think of President Trump, as a Christian you should be able to pray fervently that there would be a righteous outcome of all of these proceedings. Praying for all fraud to be found out and righteously dealt with is entirely biblical.

Praying that any and all bearing of false witness in this matter will be soon exposed… and the days between now and the deadlines for filing claims won’t feel quite so tortuously long as they have so far.

… also praying that electors will not be persuaded (or coerced) to renege on their duties.

Pennsylvania Judge Files Memorandum Stating 2020 PA Election Likely Unconstitutional – Trump Case “Likelihood to Succeed” – Gives State Legislators Power to Choose Electors!

It’s not clear to me how this development relates to the dismissal by the appeals court, but it appears to be a significant, favorable development for the Trump case.

Even if the SCOTUS said all the PA mail in votes are invalid, and Trump won PA, he still needs a few other states to win. There is simply no way Trump is going to be ruled the winner. Deal with it.

There are multiple lawsuits in multiple states in the works and more to come. There are also efforts being made in several state legislatures. If either the courts or the legislatures or both actually provide the Trump team with opportunities to have evidentiary hearings and deal fully with what is presented, there is still a possibility that Trump may win.
As a reminder, my chief prayer to God and concern is not for Trump to win—it is that in God’s mercy Biden-Harris and the radical left through them would not ascend into even more power than they already have.
