Dr. Steele was a member of Central Bible Church, St. Petersburg, in the late 1970s when I was assistant pastor there. He was a godly and generous man, a churchman as well as an educator, and an outstanding role model to all the men in our church. I have always had the deepest respect for him all his family. His homegoing makes heaven all the more precious.
